Possibly blackdown would check into that? But, one thing I see, is that the sigsegv's should be removed before doing yet another beta release. I have incorporated your previous patch (it sigsegs on my machine too) so I assume we are seeing the same problems. I simply had not tried tools-> stuff before. I assume all of the browser stuff and biliography have all been removed, it is just the options/settings dialogs that need to clearly state something like that. > I hate it when I get a sigsegv in the middle of something :-) But then > again, Kevin might not be seeing some of these. Now that you pointed them out, I am seeing them! ;-) I think you are right and some kind of dialog should come up with a message either "Not Implemented Yet" or "Implementation Removed". Also, I assume the "browser" functionality has been removed too (no need to duplicate that anyway) but we might want to make a short list of features that are different from StarOffice (and make sure they don't sigsegv on us!). Well the powerpoint filter is part of the presentation package, so you want to look to the dev@graphics.openoffice.org lists for the answer to this one, I do know that the shared code between the word filters and powerfilters is in svx/source/msfilter/ and that at least part of the powerpoint filter is in svx/source/svdraw e.g. svdfppt.cxx If you still are getting nowhere graphics is the right project for this I would think.
