58. Why should we say "OpenOffice.org" instead of simply "OpenOffice"?

OpenOffice.org does not have the trademark for "OpenOffice".  Legal action against our use of the term "OpenOffice" has been filed 
and a legal team at Sun is currently actively engaged in defense of OpenOffice.org on this subject.  In the interest of successfully
resolving this legal battle we must avoid using this term, particularly in published works.  Thanks for your cooperation in this!
