When drawing clip-art, I have discovered that the width of lines is not
altered when the whole image is scaled up/down. The lines keep the same
thickness regardless of how big or small I might scale the image as a whole.
I feel that the line width should be scaled in proportion to the rest of the
image, and this is (I believe) what most vector-drawing programs do.

I've checked this out as well and to the best of my knowledge, agree
there should be an additional option to allow the line thickness to
vary with the scaling of the drawing.

This should be dealt with in a wider context of truly scaling an image. See
issue 50030.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
