With root access privileges, I installed OO6.09 on /usr/lib/OpenOffice609
directory. With root I perfectly access to soffice binary ( ie it run wordbook )
With another access privileges every-time it run (soffice) setup binary. I
tried to 'repair installation' but it failed.
The only user may be the one who install the OO609.

To get a multi-user OpenOffice you have to start the installation (as root) with
the switch -net. Every user has to make his own installation. He has to start
the setup in the program folder of the OO net-installation. There the user can
choose wether he wants to install a small "workstation" or a complete office.
In OO-613 the switch -net isn't working yet (issue id 27).
As far as I can see, you've made a standart installation as root. This
installatoin could only be started by owner.

Not a bug.
