Please change tense so that this says

New FAQ's for Source and Technology section (unless a better idea is advanced)

Why can't I print using OpenOffice.org software?

Unfortunately, the code used in past versions of StarOffice was proprietary,
third party code that Sun could not obtain permission to open source. Printing
alternatives are being explored. Please see the archives for the printing
discuss list for more up-to-date information. URL:

MS Office Filters: Where are they located?

The filters for the different types of MS Office files are located under the
corresponding projects in OpenOffice.org. This means that the .ppt file filter
is located within the Graphical Applications project, .xls in the spreadsheet
project and .doc in the writing project. Issues and Bugs filed regarding MS
filters should be filed under the appropriate project with the offending files
attached.

added faqs; however, possibly more work needs to be done to the printing faq
(in Tech and Source), to accommodate Caolan's suggestions.-louis
