To break links of pictures is not undoable. 
The same applies to the method SwDoc::EmbedAllLinks which is called before a
document is sent as e-Mail.

When this is fixed the embedding of links prior to executing Document/Send as
e-Mail has to be undone.

See also bug 50096 -- I proposed embedding rather than linking by default, and
remembering the original path of the file, so that the "Links" dialog has "Make
Link" rather than "Break link".  If the path for every embedded resource is
remembered, it may make this undo option easier.
