1. Create a new document and open the "Format" -> "Page..." menu.
2. Select the "Columns" tab and set the number of columns to 3.
3. Turn off "AutoWidth" and use the down arrow button of the column 1 width to
set the width of column 1 to 0. This should raise the width of column 2 to 4.62".
4. Use the down arrow button of the column 2 width to set it to 0. This should
raise the width of column 3 to 6.93". The width of column 1 should still be at 0.
5. Click on the up arrow button of the column 1 width once. This should raise
the width of column 2 to 0.02" and change the column preview display in the
upper right of the menu.
6. Click "OK". You should now be able to see the margin outline continue off
of the right side of the page.
7. Open the "Format" -> "Page..." menu again.

The width of column 1 is now set to 22.05" which is more than the page width
(8.5" in this case and the standard case). The width of column 3 is also still
set to 6.93".

MRU->OS: the width calculation of the columns tabpage seems to have a problem
when the column widths are turned to zero size.
