editing an existing bug, I normally work from top to bottom. somewhere in the 
middle i reached "create a new attachment". using this link directs into another 
form, discarding the input I had worked on. (netscape 4.75)

suggestion: start attachment form in a new window

Testing for feature in the latest version of SourceCast.

The behavior is the same in SourceCast 1.0. 
This issue is being tracked internally as it relates to SourceCast and our issue
tracker in development, Scarab (http://scarab.tigris.org/index.html).
