I wonder if this is the right place where I post my question (I didn't seem to 
find any issue about HTML editor), however, here it goes. Does OOo 1.0 
support "Cascade Style Sheets"? It didn't seem to work on my system.

Yuan-Liang,

no, sorry, this is not the right forum for asking "Does OOo support
....". users@openoffice.org would be the appropriate place.
If you have a problem with some feature of OOo, then you may report
this in Issuezilla, but in this case a description like "didn't seem
to work" is completely useless.
