In udk/www/cpp/ref/ all subdirectories contain mixed upper and lowercase
letters. This leads to problems with several processes.
Please remove all subdirectories under udk/www/ref.
Sorry, but cvs remove can't solve the problem.

From my point of view this issue is not resolved:
We ask for removal of all subdirectories below 
udk/www/cpp/ref/
These subdirectories (Cppu, Cppuhelper, ...)
so that we can check them in again with lowercase letters only.

Original issue stated to remove directories w/ mixed case from udk/www/ref... 
there were no dirs with mixed case therein... have gone back and removed dirs 
with mixed case from udk/www/cpp/ref... issue should now be resolved.

Jeremy you should also clean out the "Attic" dirs if you didn't already
do that.
