A very common mistake (especially for those who are used to MS Word) for outline
numbering is to apply a manual numbering to Heading # styles (via the toolbar
Bullet/Numbering). This leads to problems with the numbering and it is not easy
to guess that there is a dedicated feature to do the outline numbering.

Is it possible to highlight (bold warning) in the help file the fact that manual
numbering of the heading styles should not be used because dedicated feature is
in Tools>Outline Numbering ?

MRU->UFI: maybe we should mention somewhere in te Help for Otline numbering,
that when applying a manual number via Button the numbering defined in the
Outline dialog will be applied to the Heading paragraph.

Added a tip to file swriter/guide/numbering_paras.xhp and file
swriter/01/06060000.xhp in CWS hcshared08. (A guide will be written later; it is
not subject of this issue.)

@mwaller: please verify in cws hcshared08. Open Writer help, index
"numbering;removing". Find the new tip about outline numbering. Go to Writer
home page in Help Viewer, navigate to Menus - Tools - Outline Numbering. Find
the same new tip there.
