Comment 4 Unknown 2001-11-16 22:44:56 UTC

This is probably due to the move to the new colocation center. I have
filed an internal issue (pcn6576) with our operations department to
address this.

Thank you
Kat

Changing the qa contact to issue@
Comment 6 Unknown 2001-11-22 00:26:57 UTC
accepting issue. Ops is working on the monitoring setup for the new
colocation center.

Comment 7 Unknown 2001-12-14 20:18:34 UTC
The operations department reports that this task will be completed by
end of day 12/21/2001.

Thank you
Kat
Comment 8 Unknown 2001-12-22 01:35:20 UTC
The Operations department has provided a new interface for monitoring
at the SF colocation facility. The link to this interface is:

http://zoomzip.sfo.collab.net/customers/openoffice.org/

access using the same password/username as before.

Graphs are updated twice per day, at noon and midnight Pacific time.

Thank you
Kat
Comment 9 stx123 2002-01-16 10:19:08 UTC
With this switch to the new interface we lost
- real time data (5 min update)
- machine load data
I see this as a regression and would be glad to see these
functionalities back again.

Comment 13 Unknown 2002-02-21 00:56:49 UTC
Louis and I met with the instantiation engineer and the operations
engineer about this this afternoon; I need to bring this up with the
engagement manager.

Comment 14 Unknown 2002-05-15 23:17:16 UTC
David (the EM) is working on this with the operations group.
Comment 15 stx123 2002-05-23 00:10:53 UTC
Seems to work again with updates twice a day.
What is left now is real time (5 min) update.
Comment 16 Unknown 2002-06-04 01:19:57 UTC
We are not prepared to provide 5 minute updates at this time. This
option may be discussed further with the EM (David).
Comment 17 Unknown 2002-06-26 00:49:41 UTC
Closing issue here. Increasing the frequency of updates may be
discussed with David.
