- in any document type, for any toolbar, undock the toolbar with the mouse
- using the small drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the toolbar,
  dock the toolbar, again
=> ERROR: object deleted while in use!

cd: Famous problem with context menus and destroying the parent window. All
commands which can lead to the destruction of the parent window must be
processed asynchronously.
