"High priviledged Admins" have to do this at the moment. As this gets more and more a burden, please let us know, whether there are technical reasons. Reassigned to goolie for ownership (considering legacy related issue experience / responsibility / ownership and role & responsibility related). Please verify this has been resolved, then close issue. If not, then may more appropriately be reassigned to jeremy (to coordinate support from chris toward resolution). This appears to be fixed. fixed. Being logged in as mi (Michael Hoennig) the Admin Front end doesn't offer "Add New Module" for the API project. mi is onwner. Editing commit access for new members is still not possible. Michael, can I use you for testing those issues, because I'm at the same time adminstrator and would otherwise to provide a test account and module for having testing possiblities on those stuff ? Of course, no problem. Hi - After trying some things with a test account, I granted Michael the Domain Privilege of 'Project Owner' which provides the ability to add modules and user privileges to projects a user owns. Seems that this simple sentence explains all problems, we had before. Thanks. My Understanding: All project leads mentioned on http://www.openoffice.org/projects_and_owners.html should have domain status as project owner. Only then they are able to maintain their project. Correct? yes, that's correct. All project leads should be project owners. Hi, I have updated the privileges for all users listed at http://www.openoffice.org/projects_and_owners.html They now all have at least Project Owner status in the domain (more privileged accounts were left as is). Martin, the "of course" from Stefan was actually from me. Stefan was still logged in on my computer. This issue is resoved now, yes? Yes, it's fixed. Verified together with Michael. Pleas close it closing... |
