Ideas? I assume you must be referring to the snapshot binaries on www.openoffice.org. The Xprint code each time was implemented into the respective branches (CVS tags OO613B, OO614B and OO619B) after these binaries were compiled and put up on www.openoffice.org. This was a bad/inefficient way of doing things and was due to communication problems. However, the Xprint code has been integrated now in the main CVS trunk so it will be in all future OpenOffice.org snapshots without having to be manually added each time (and also in the binary snapshots). If anyone would like to add the Xprint functionality into their 619 binary snapshots (without having to build anything) for Linux or Solaris then I can mail them a copy of the xprint enabled vcl library. Just copy it into the program directory of your OpenOffice.org installation and when you start OpenOffice.org - hey presto - xprint functionality. Always read www.printing.openoffice.org for instructions on how to use xprint with OpenOffice.org. *** Issue 493 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** Xprint support is now in all snapshots sweeper bus it's here close now |
