What exactly do you consider "different"? - Not the date, I think... Please give an example (document?). Created attachment 102 [details]
This file looks quite different in 5.2 and 619
Created attachment 103 [details]
This is how I see it (print it) in 5.2
Created attachment 104 [details]
And here how it looks (linux doesn't print yet): different!
Reassigned to Michael Ruess. This occurs because Writer doesn´t know about any printer information. To provide something like WYSIWYG, the document is formatted with the printer information. At the moment (OO 619) there a problems with printing under Linux, so that a printer is not installable in OO. That causes the disordered view of the document. For further information on printing in OO please refer to printing.openoffice.org and the newsgroups listed there. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 482 *** With a working xprinting the document looks much better in OpenOffice. Xprinting is available since OpenOffice 632. |
