When trying to open a spreadsheet created in Excel with multiple sheets and 
some passowrd protected cells, OO fails to open the file, claiming it is 
password protected

Although herein it is only password protected cells vs a password
protected sheet, this issue is very close to the one described in
Issue 402.  I am closing this issue as a duplicate.  OOo is not able
to open Excel files containing password protection without knowing an
algorithm that m$ holds as a secret.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
