Could you please add a possibility in Office Draw to drag and drop location of
entered text on lines from one block to another as it done in Visio, StarUml ?

Can you please explain your request some more detailed? Do you want to be able to drag and drop a selected string from 1 text box shape into an other one, or what is your desire?
