When right-clicking a text-object or a shape-object in the contect menu there is
the item "Text..." available.

This is missing for arrows and connectors (which can contain text, too).

I have attached a document.

This is really a usability issue!

Reproducible. 
Workaround: use the text entry in the menu.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
