Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 102379
print option "grayscale" do not behaviour as it should be
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:11:40 UTC
I have encountered a problem when printing a odp file from impress. I believe this is a bug. The print option "grayscale" do not works as it should be. 1. open the attachments 2. choose menu "file -->print-->option" and make sure "grayscale" is checked. Then press OK button to quit the dialog. 3. Press OK again to print. I have tested the procedure using pdf-factory and pdf-Redirect (pdf printer).
Created attachment 62652 [details] grayscale print
I confirm the problem for OOo 3.1 FR/US on Ubuntu 8.04. I tested printing in file (PDF printer my Canon printer) and and the printed page is black without white text. PDF export is ok.
Reproducible. Reassigned.
I have a Canon LBP3200 printer, and have a document that has shading. It prints properly. I have upgraded my printer to LBP6000, and the shading appears as a blck line. The only thing that has been changed is the printer. I have checked the printer functions with Canon Australia, and PDF and photos print perfectly. Everything else on the computer operates properly, except for this printing function in Open Office. I have upgraded my Open Office and my printer drivers, and the problem is still there. I need Open Office technical support, as the problem appears to be in Open Office.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
