Having a completely different pathway to the options dialog (Issue 97142) is
causing some confusion in trying to help Mac OS users; it would be great if
/either/ pathway would work.

Would it be possible to add back the Tools > Options menu item in the Mac OS
builds; i.e. to have two menu paths to the same options dialog?

This would ease some of the burden in changing existing documentation as well
(Issue 103320): even if a Mac user happens to find documentation or 'howto'
advice that mentions the Tools > Options menu, the advice would still work.
