Description Unknown 2003-01-07 16:33:08 UTC
when using the font effect 'title' for a style, it capitalises all the words
within a sentence, exx. "A And B In C" though the right version is "A and B in
C": prepositions, conjunctions, articles etc. should be written in a lower case
unless they start the sentence.

Set to "NEW"

Note that it's incorrect also for many localizations where ortographic rules
vary, e.g., in Polish, book titles, chapter titles or section titles should be
capitalized differently (only first character capitalized) from magazine titles
(every word capitalized, excluding, just like in english, conjunctions and
prepositions). The "Every First Character" capitalization effect is rarely
required, if ever, so we should have at least two options.
