Hello,  Tried to click on the template.  

http://download.openoffice.org/index.html then click on the "additional 
resources" and then on templates.  This weblink is broken-- not working.

Can't confirm that, works for me. Close, because Component is "Testproduct"

If you wanted to file a real bug report, before you file further issues or post
again here, please read our guidelines on
<http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html> and  
<http://www.openoffice.org/bugs/bug_writing_guidelines.html>
Then reopen issue for component "www".

Additional information would be required: Were you logged in when you tried or
not, what language did you have selected for the web page, from what country do
you try, ...

Just as a note, there was an unplanned outage of the template and extension
repository site.
The sites are working now again. The issue is solved.
