Currently it is possible to send a crash report with feedback="true" and no
email address.
This should be handled differently. When no email address is given but the
feedback checkbox was checked the user should either be asked to also enter the
email address or the crash reporter should set the feedback to false when
sending this report.

additionally it would be nice if the dialog could check if the email address
given contains at least an "@" sign.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
