That's what the Reset button is made for: re-set the UI elements as they where
when entering the dialog.

- Click [Reset]
-> the "Weight" listbox contains now twice the same entries: after 5,00pt, the
list goes on with 0,00pt, 0,50pt...

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
