- create new fontwork
- choose line width
 > measurements in inches
 should be in mm / cm

I gues so. It is Dutch fro and after, AFAICS.
All other measurements are cm / mm.

Reproducible. But when setting Tools/options/Language settings/locale settings
to NL there cm after an Office restart. Does this work for you, too? What are
your settings there?

locale settings are in NL already.
And (just checked again - already long time ago) the line width for other
drawing objects is in cm, also on dev300m81.
