Currently it is not possible to define a spinbutton for an openoffice dialog, at
least if xmlscript was modified to support this control it would be possible for
some *limited* support for this control in dialogs. By *limited* I mean when
importing MSO Userforms, in this scenario it would not be necessary to have the
spinbutton available in the Dialog Toolbox or for the IDE to be aware of the
control either ( this change is necessary for issue 38900 )

issue 38900 should be used to progress this into openoffice in general
