1) Cannot Drag one cell and move to another cell.
However, Drag two cells and move to another cell is ok.

2) Cannot copy one row and insert the copied row.
Current feature requires insert a empty row and paste the row to the empty row.

Dragging a single cell *is* possible.

To drag one single cell, you will have to highlight it first. Just clicking and
dragging won´t work.

Works as designed.
