As discussed at

the last status was some positivity towards

'changing the implementation of "apply to all slides" to remove all hard
formatted backgrounds from slides and change the background of all master slides'

How about the attached impl of that. Appears to work for me anyway.

I guess there's some overlap with issue 68193 and issue 96913, they might be
considered duplicates.

adapted the patch as it also overrides all master pages automatically when in
master page view, rest looks fine.
