OOO320m12 (Build 9483)

TWAIN inoperative on most OOO320m12 (Build 9483) modules.
 
TWAIN can be selected as Source on most modules, but TWAIN is NOT activated and
does not function or drive the TWAIN device when commanded, but WA IS activated
and useful when called.
 
This appears to be a repeatable problem in OOO320m12 (Build 9483), and TWAIN
actually being operable and functioning normally can be verified by running
other brands of commercial and Shareware in same session and on same exact
system, and seeing TWAIN operating 100% as to norm and expectation.

Re-installing TWAIN components on affected systems does not appear to affect or
enable proper operation in OOO320m12 (Build 9483) modules.

Accessories Observed on:

Brother MFC laser printers, HP scanners, Epson MFC, Epson laser printes, various
branded ink-jet printers

Systems Observed on:

Most often seen: Windows - XP SP1, SP2, SP3 (32)
Less Often Seen: Vista (32/64)
Least Often Seen: Win7 (32/64)

Test systems:

Windows - XP SP1, SP2, SP3, Vista 32 / 64, Win7
