It appears that if you flip (ie horizontally) an image which was previously
cropped, the original is flipped instead.  However the crop "window" is retained
so the result is that the cropping no longer matches the image.

The crop effect should be flipped accordingly.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"! Flipping
horizontally an image with a cropping at the right, the image will be cropped,
but the cropping will remain at the right side, pls. see my attached test
results in "TestKit.zip"

I was able to reproduce this issue in Impress (Presentation), using the 
release “OOo-dev3.3.0 Dev300m78 (Build:9501)”  
1.  Insert an image (BacktoSchool.gif)
2.  Crop the image
3.  Flip the image
4.  Cropped part of image is displayed, this is incorrect.  
I have attached the file ‘Issue 111941.zip', it includes the ODP file, image 
file used and a screenshot.
