A .dxf file generated by Eagle CAD with a single inverter (triangle and a
circle) is viewed properly with qcad but is imported incorrectly by OpenOffice.

I see the described error on DEV300m77 on WinXP too. CorelDraw12 shows the file
correct. So I think, that the file itself is OK.
