In oo.org v.3.3beta1 Issue 48179 is finally resolved (ALT+left).

Would be nice if it could be done within the menu which opens by a right
mouseklick in impress.
Maybe you can do it in v3.3 final?

This enhancement request is not about going to the next or previous slide, but going to next or previous animation on the same slide. That is indeed possible via arrow key but not on right click in the navigator during running presentation.

Customization of menus and the wish of a special menu entry are different things.
