To reproduce:

Open attached document Test.odg

Goto custom styles.

Right click on graphic style "Block Number Grey" and select "Modify".

Select "Organizer" tab.

Click on drop down list labeled "Linked with" and select "- None -".

Click OK

The grey blocks will now shift from their original positions and change size despite having either their 
sizes or positions protected.

OS = OS X v10.6.4

Reproducible also on Windows with OOO330_m14. Reassigned.
