3.1.1 Version is not getting updated

Created attachment 80760 [details] Blank Dos Screen There is an update available for my OPEN OFFICE, unfortunately I couldn't update the same. Message when I click on update OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 is available. The installed version is OpenOffice.org 3.1.1. Note: Before downloading an update, please ensure that you have sufficient access rights to install it. A password, usually the administrator's or root password, may be required. After click on to Update button, a blank dos screen opens remains in the same screen till we manually close. Looking for a solution to update the OPEN OFFICE.
I installed OpenOffice.org 3.3.1 and then had it check for an update. It timed out and gave an error: "Could not establish Internet connection to update32.services.openoffice.org" Are you saying that you get a different message, pointing you to OpenOffice.org 3.2.1? If so, that is wrong. In fact it looks like update32.services.openoffice.org is still being directed to an Oracle server, so we want to change that. Since an update is just a complete install, you should go to http://download.openoffice.org and download the latest version, 3.4.1. And on our end we need to investigate what is happening here.
Adjusting summary as the it is reported that OOo 3.1.1 could not be updated. There is no working update service for OpenOffice versions prior to 3.2.0 available as far as I know. Currently, I have no plans to establish further update services for such OpenOffice versions. We had some trouble in the corresponding servers when we tried to do it --> assigning the issue back to default
