line prepended with who is responsible for having written the line.  This is a 
useful feature.

Hi,

This feature has been requested previously and is being tracked internally on
our product roadmap as pcn3141. It will not be available as of the site upgrade,
and I will post to issue 430 when any new information on this feature is
available.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
