Using the ADMIN link on the main page leads to a connection error to 
www.openoffice.org:8080

The admin interface was dis-abled as a side effect of the cacheing proxy
that was put in front of the OpenOffice.org site to handle more traffic.

The admin interface URL's have been allowed to pass through the proxy.

This is currently fixed.
