When I load the setup program, it whirrs for a while.  Then the install window comes up, but not completely.  The URL above describes it.

sorry for the slow reply. 
We have checked another problem on a corel distribution and that's why I have
waited with this reply. 
I can't reproduce your problem. I have installed OO on severel linux platforms,
I've never had this curious dialog. Perhaps this is a problem with your graphic
device.
