The module file must also be updated on the anoncvs machine...as that
server can't get its CVSROOT files from the mastercvs server as they
have different settings.

If the update looks like this on the mastercvs machine:
automation_simple    util/automation
It should look like this on the anoncvs machine
automation_simple    oo/util/automation

Also the modules file is kept in cvs on the anonvs machine.
NPM is to provide Shane instructions on how to correctly update 
the file.  As vi /usr/local/anoncvs/repository/CVSROOT/modules
doens't seem to be the correct way.
