Description andree 2003-07-22 15:38:02 UTC
I'll attach the Impress and the flash file.

In Impress, the colour of the square is blue, in flash it is read.

Cheers
Andree

1.1rc2 crashes when trying to export the attached sxi to swf format.

I am not getting any crashreporter window, only a message box saying:

   An unrecoverable error has occurred.

All modified files have been saved and can
 probably be recovered at program restart.

I'm not sure whether it helps but I'll attach the call stack.

Cheers
Andree

PS: Changed Priority to P2 as OO crashes.

Call Stack for Crash in 1.1rc2
Comment 5 dankegel 2003-07-26 16:56:05 UTC
Confirmed crash with OOo1.1rc2 on Red Hat 8 linux.
gdb stack dump at http://www.kegel.com/openoffice/crash-gdb-17248.txt

Highlights:

#0  0x435b76c8 in _STL::slist<SdrGrafObj*,
_STL::allocator<SdrGrafObj*> >::remove(SdrGrafObj* const&) () from
/opt/OpenOffice.org1.1rc2/program/libsvx645li.so
#1  0x435b33a1 in SdrPaintView::ImpAsyncPaintDone(SdrObject const*) ()
   from /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1rc2/program/libsvx645li.so
#2  0x43560a80 in SdrGrafObj::Paint(ExtOutputDevice&, SdrPaintInfoRec
const&) const ()
   from /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1rc2/program/libsvx645li.so
#3  0x433a84f9 in
svx::GraphicExporter::filter(com::sun::star::uno::Sequence<com::sun::star::beans::PropertyValue>
const&) () from /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1rc2/program/libsvx645li.so
...

This is exactly the same as the stack dump reported by Andree,
but gdb was able to show a little bit more info about STL.
Another tool says the crash was caused by a wild pointer with
a value of 0x2E0.

Thanks, Andree!

Please write only one bug per issue.
Comment 7 christian.guenther 2003-07-28 14:29:53 UTC
I can't reproduce the crash. Maybe you can see something in the
callstack which Andree attached.
I can reproduce the bug with the wrong color.
Comment 8 thorsten.ziehm 2003-07-28 16:41:54 UTC
If all is not reproducable, this task is not a showstopper for OOo
1.1. I set this task to target milestone OOo 1.1.1.
Comment 9 thb 2003-07-29 12:47:12 UTC
The crash is fixed with an internal bug ID already (those who know: it's the infamous
AsyncPaintDone crash). So, I'll take on only with the wrong color now (and changed the
title accordingly).

Comment 11 andree 2003-09-29 13:59:31 UTC
I can not reporduce the crash in 1.1rc5 anymore.

The bug regarding the wrong colour is still present in 1.1rc5.

Cheers
Andree

"According to the roadmap of OpenOffice.org 1.1
(http://tools.openoffice.org/releases/OpenOffice_org_1_x.html) this
issue has been scheduled for 1.1.2."
Comment 13 thorsten.ziehm 2004-03-09 10:09:18 UTC
Because of limited resources we have decided to set this task to OOo2.0.
Comment 14 thb 2004-04-13 11:15:48 UTC
Since the crash is fixed, reduced the prio.
Comment 15 christian.guenther 2004-04-27 14:57:44 UTC
I change the target
