When I put cursor to a paragraph with bullets, the bullet on/off button in
toolbox doesn't change their appearence, like the behavior of align
left/right/middle button. 

People expect the bullet on/off button is pressed down when the cursor is in a
paragraph with bullets.

Confirmed OOo 1.1rc2

Mouseover on referenced "alignment" section of toolbar causes darker
box around each option, and selected option is boxed/outlined after
selection.  

Mouseover and selection of "numbering on/off" and "bullets on/off"
causes no change in selected buttons, so a glance at the toolbar
doesn't indicate selection is active.  

Since this issue is non-intuitive but does not cause error, I have
downgraded it to P4.

Still present with RC3.

It wreaks havoc when you're trying to figure out why a badly styled
Word document doesn't behave properly when you try to apply correct
styles.

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
