Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 19476
Flat icons should be rounded, like NetBeans and Mozilla
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:37:55 UTC
OpenOffice.org's icons are flat sharped squares that do not blend the least with other similar free application's icons under Windows: like NetBeans and Mozilla. The two latter have a sort of rounded "embossed" icon. I suggest to make the three match more, to give a more consistent UI feeling. Where OOo is around, chances are that Moz is too - and NetBeans also for OOo development ;)
SBA: Set Platform and OS to "All". Reassigned to Bettina Haberer from the User Experience team for consideration.
