I hope I'm writing in the right corner, but I've found something, that might be
an interesting enhancement of the openoffice project. I found out that if you
compress all *.dll and *.exe with udx udx.tsx.org a freeware executible
compressor, you can save about 50% of size. The hole programm is runing well
after compression. I think many people will like it if the program can reduce
size a lot.

I communicated with the author of this issue on upx compressing, however,
it does not seem to work in all cases:

- after compressing .exe files in the installation (so under openoffice60
directory) everything is fine (we used the option -9 with upx).
- further compression of all .dll files in the installation still results
in a working office suite for Benjamin, but I could not reproduce this.

I decide to finally close this topic as an issue and forward the suggestion
of using upx to the mailing lists.
