Description issues@www 2000-10-21 02:20:52 UTC
The logic to figure out the location of the java library on linux is difficult.
A) Its not clear from the documentation where or how to configure.
B) Even when I specify the directory directly, I lose.
I'm uses Blackdown JRE 1.2.2

Comment 2 Unknown 2001-05-04 08:24:22 UTC
I agree, especially we have to document it.
Comment 3 kay.ramme 2001-06-01 08:15:42 UTC
This seems to be jvmsetup issue. So i reassign it to OK.
Comment 4 issues@www 2001-07-27 22:17:44 UTC
My Java is from sun, located in
	/usr/java/jdk1.3
Yet openoffice 633 does not find it. If I enter the path manually,
openoffice set hangs until I kill the java proccesses it starts.
I am using Redhat 7.1, Kernel 2.4.4.
