Product Requirement:
Improve usability of modifying menus.
	
Product Concept:
With Q we introduce a new Control Center for customizing toolbars, menus &
keyboard shortcuts. As bases for that we will use the Customize dialog. For an
easier customization we will rework the list box of menu names.

CJ -> We have to do lots of fine tuning, but I set this task to fixed to assure
that the feature can be integrated into the ömaster.
