Description zenaan 2003-10-17 04:27:54 UTC
When viewing this presentation:

http://modelingnts.la.asu.edu/powerpoint/Oersted.ppt

most of the formulas do dot display correctly.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux "unstable" updated daily.

Comment 3 christian.guenther 2003-10-24 10:28:19 UTC
I can reproduce the bug.
I ungroup the groups in PPT , save the file again and import it with
OOo but the objects are still broken.
Please have a look.

SJ: Changed platform to "ALL".
At least on windows you will have have no problems if you load the document
after breaking up all ole objects.

SJ->THB: Can you please take over this issue, it seems that our wmf/emf filter
is having some problems with the import of symbol characters, maybe this is a
task for HDU.

Thanks, Sven

Comment 7 zannelli 2005-02-04 17:40:22 UTC
I can reproduce the bug, on a linux machine (OO 1.1.0) and also on a Windows XP
machine (OO 1.1.3). On the linux machine when I opened the attachment file and
into the slide number 8 I clicked two times in the box being upper the phrase
"These are the basic grammar....." and then an alert box appeared with written
the followed message:

Error activating object:
General OLE error.
