don't show the piture :

also the OpenOffice logo :
open_office_org_logo.gif
is not shown.

Tested with Linux Netscape version 4.75

Considering legacy related issue experience / responsibility / ownership

This issue seems to be one for the project owner to deal with.  I, too, 
noticed that the figures were not displayed.  I will notify the project owner 
of the defect. L
