Shift-Backspace should still backspace.

I don't use the caps lock. So I typically hold down my shift key as I type. You can not SHIFT-Backspace when entering cell data. Shift-Backspace should still backspace - Excel and QP both allow this.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements".
