* install an arabic (96) version of OOo
* open the attached bug case document
=> the headings are centered. In an english version, the headings are properly
left-aligned, as is the rest of the document

FWIW, the titled are centered with Hebrew OpenOffice 1.1 (from:
http://www.openoffice.org.il ) on windows 2003 as well.

same bug confirmed in brazil version 645m4(8728) Windows XP

FYI: left-aligned with german version (1.1.0), so not all localizations are
involved. Only the very first title:
                Add Browse Dialog To Ado Datasource
                         Database Access
is centered, the numbered Headings are left aligned.

Because of a shortage of resources we have to retarget this issue to OOo later.
