Description issues@www 2000-12-20 12:53:38 UTC
When I start up OpenOffice 613! The Internet Dial-up dialog box appears, and try
to connect to the Internet. I think that it is a update checking feature! How do
I turn it off?

Also, The "Insert Special Characters" dialog box does not use the Hexadecimal
Notation which is used by Unicode charts.

Note! I need to set up the Windows' GUI font to use an Unicode font (eg: Times
new Roman) so I those special non-CP1252 characters can appear in the Dialog
Boxes.

Fixed in 614 build

misconfigured hosts this caused a Dial-up. Misconfigured hosts seem to be the
standard in MS operating systems ...
